【摘要】 芯片是关系制造业发展全局和国家安全的重要领域,我国芯片产业竞争力一直较为薄弱,主要原因是受到似坚冰般的芯片产业生态的冻结和阻碍。在当前的新一代技术革命下,互联网、5G、物联网、大数据、人工智能等新技术快速崛起,正减弱芯片产业生态带来的垄断效应。赛迪智库工业科技研究所深入研究我国芯片产业发展现状和难点,分析了新形势下我国芯片产业发展面临的机遇,提出了三点建议:用好市场武器;加强基础和应用研究;争取全球创新资源。尽快提高我国在芯片行业的竞争力,提升全球自主话语权。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chip is an important field that affects manufacturing industry development and national security. China’s chip industry competition is relatively weak. The main reason is the freezing and obstruction of the chip industry ecology. Under the current new generation of technology revolution, the rapid rise of new technologies such as the Internet, 5G, Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence is weakening the monopoly effect brought about by the ecology of the chip industry. CCID deeply studied the current situation and difficulties of China’s chip industry, analyzed the opportunities facing China’s chip industry under the new situation, and put forward three suggestions: Use market weapons; Strengthening basic and applied research; Strive for global innovation resources, so as to improve our competitiveness in the chip industry as soon as possible, enhance our global independent voice.更多还原
